The content is the same for both sessions. The first session usually doesn’t have as many teams and is a little more relaxed. Both sessions have an AWESOME staff that is committed to your growth!
You can now pay online with a credit/debt card through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. However, we cannot take a payment over the phone. After you register a link will be sent to your email with instructions on how to pay for camp. You can still pay using a check or money order. Checks should be made payable to ETA Officials.
Yes, campers are responsible for their own rooms. You can choose any hotel you wish but there is a host hotel, that we have worked with to get you a special price
The current host hotel is the Best Western Plus International Speedway. The rate is $75/night plus tax subject to change. To make a reservation call the hotel at 386-258-6333 and say you are attending the ETA Officials camp.

Typically, Session 1 is from 10:00am – 11:30am in the ICI Center Lobby
Typically, Session 2 is from 8:30am – 10:00am in the ICI Center Lobby
An itinerary will be given to you at camp but a normal day will have will begin with class room session around 8:00am, that will include discussion topics such as game management, conflict resolution, tape breakdown, etc. Assignments will also be given out. Games start around 10am and end around 9pm. Hospitality will start soon after on some nights.
Most people don’t come down with a roommate and are searching for one just like you. When you register for camp answer “yes” in the “need a roommate” section and you will get a list of campers emailed to you that are looking for a roommate as well.
Yes, the student rate for session 1 or 2 is $195 payable at anytime. Make sure to answer the “college intramural” section of the registration form.
